Been using this place for many years. Best of the best, no contest. Honest, family run and trustworthy. Fixes the problems the first time. Call ahead, make an appointment (my recommendation) or drop it off. Car problems can be stressful and they take the stress away. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love y’all!!!! Cox Auto has been taking care of my cars for several years. I trust them implicitly and my most recent visit solidified how excellent they are. I came in expecting to replace my entire ac compressor, but they offered a diagnosis first before we pulled the trigger on that. I accepted it and thank god I did, because instead of walking out of there spending hundreds, they found a much smaller issue with one of the relays for my AC, so diag and relay replacement totaled a SMALL FRACTION of what I expected to pay. They could’ve easily replaced the condenser and got a larger amount of money, but they chose honesty instead. Excellent. They are honest, hardworking, great people. Plus there’s a cute dog laying down in the back of the reception desk! Thanks for everything these past few years. I will trust no one else with my vehicles.

Cox Automotive fit us in for repair with excellent and professional service. We were out of town in Asheville, and our alternator (and battery failed). We received an excellent price for parts and service. We were heading back home by the afternoon. Thanks for wonderful service at our time of need.

Wow! I just had an incredible experience with Cox Auto Service. They were so professional yet friendly. Cat at the front desk was always pleasant and helpful. I think the gentleman that was my main contact person was named Aaron. He is so fair, honest and knowledgeable! The facility is huge and has lots of parking! I spent over $2000 to fix up an old 97 Chevy conversion van. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Cox Auto Service for a great experience. I'm comin' back for a set of shocks!
